Helping lawyers to open up new opportunities by developing a leaner, more profitable legal practice to fund effective investment in business development. 20 years' experience advising lawyers on business development and 10 as a solicitor in private practice. Allan works with our specialists from both outside and within the legal sector to improve performance.

 

Projects often involve a mix of IT, market research, people development, CRM, outsourcing, PR , quality systems, risk management and design - drawing in specialists when needed. Allan also advises companies providing products and services to law firms how to develop, adapt and market their products to lawyers.
